A little bit of history...
Comtesse du Barry has been offering gastronomic delights to gourmets since 1908, when Joseph and Gabrielle Dubarry began producing their own foie gras to sell it in their grocery shop in Gimont in Gers.
During WWII, Comtesse du Barry remained synonymous with pleasure: the pleasure sent to soldiers at the front, and the pleasure shared when they returned home.
The first porcelain Easter egg appeared in the early 2000s. Each year, the Maison delivers unique creations, decorated with delicate patterns and spring colours. True art items, these precious eggs are transformed into treasure boxes to house your jewellery or your most precious souvenirs.
Representing indulgence and sharing, Comtesse du Barry porcelain Easter eggs will delight young and old alike and add a touch of elegance to your Easter decorations.
