Store in the refrigerator. Take care to take it out only 15 minutes before tasting. Slice it at the last moment because our products are free of coloring agents and preservatives and would brown superficially in contact with air but without altering the taste.
As an appetizer: It is enough on its own, in thick slices, accompanied by a chutney and a good toasted country bread.
