Lamb tagine & confit vegetables
Description
The tagine is a kind of stewed stew originating from the Maghreb and very popular in the West.
Our lamb tagine combines tender pieces of lamb shoulder, delicately candied sun vegetables, some raisins and melting apricots as well as a mixture of sweet and fragrant spices.
Packaging :

Tasting advice :
- In microwave oven : 3 minutes at 750W
- In a traditional oven : 12 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6)

The tagine is traditionally eaten on its own as a single dish, but it can also be served with steamed wheat semolina, lemony and drizzled with olive oil.
