Mediation

For any complaint, you may contact our Customer Service Department by post (Comtesse du Barry Customer Service, BP 10011 – 32201 Gimont Cedex, FRANCE), by email (info@comtessedubarry.com), or via our contact form.

You are required to:

  • Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the relevant point of sale
  • Send a copy of this letter to our Customer Service Department

 
If you are not satisfied with the response provided, you may refer the matter to AME CONSO, whose role is to assist the parties to a dispute in reaching an amicable resolution prior to any legal action.

Failing an amicable agreement, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the professional belongs, namely AME CONSO, within one year from the date of the written complaint submitted to the professional.
The consumer mediator may be contacted:

  • either by completing the dedicated form available on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com;
  • or by post addressed to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain – 75007 PARIS, FRANCE.
