For any complaint, you can contact our customer service by mail (customer service Comtesse du Barry BP 10011 - 32201 Gimont Cedex), by email (info@comtessedubarry.com) or via our contact form.

 


If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can enter the Franchise Mediation Commission - Consumers (MFC)  whose mission is to help the parties in dispute to find an amicable solution and this, before any legal action.

 

To enter the MFC commission, you must follow the following procedure :

 

  1. Write to the point of sale concerned by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt
  2. Send a copy of this letter to our customer service

 

If no amicable settlement of the complaint has been found within one month, you can complete a complaint form on the following website :  Franchise Mediation - Consumers

 

Then all you have to do is send it (with the documents in the file) to the following address :
