Comtesse du Barry plain gingerbread is made using a traditional recipe. Its delicious honey flavour is subtly enhanced by the combination of three spices: cinnamon, aniseed
and pepper.
The bread is pre-sliced for easy preparation. The toast format is ideal for aperitifs or starters. It goes perfectly with duck or goose foie gras, as well as cold meats and cheese.
