A surprising recipe made up of a heart of goose foie gras block set with a finely cooked stuffing which marries perfectly with the foie gras lightly flavoured with sweet white wine. Our foie gras supremes are guaranteed without preservatives. 

Tasting advice :

The goose liver supreme should be placed in the refrigerator the day before tasting. Take care to remove it only 15 minutes before tasting. 
As an appetizer: Serve on a salad dressed with a light vinaigrette prepared with a little balsamic vinegar and walnut or hazelnut oil.
As an appetizer: on toast with chutney.

It goes perfectly with a fruity dry white wine or a sweet white wine, but also with a sherry, a white or red port or a light red wine.
