A summit meeting between the most perfect duck foie gras from the Southwest and generous pieces of black truffle. Jealously guarded, each Secret Comtesse du Barry is a deliciously original sensory journey. Our foies gras are all from ducks from the South-West.

We work exclusively with breeders who respect very strict criteria, followed by only 5% of French producers of duck fat. We cook our foies gras in the Gers, and do not add any preservatives to our recipes to preserve their authentic and natural character.

All our foie gras recipes are made from 100% French goose and duck livers, rigorously selected for their quality. They are designed and produced in the Gers region by our agricultural cooperative.
