An exquisite combination inspired by ancient Egypt, combining the mellow sweetness of figs with the finesse of foie gras from South-West duck. Pure indulgence, guaranteed to take you on a deliciously new sensory journey.
All our foie gras comes from ducks in the South-West. We work exclusively with breeders who meet very strict criteria, followed by only 5% of French duck producers. We cook our foies gras in the Gers, and add no preservatives to our recipes to preserve their authentic, natural character.

The intensity of our Christmas series semi-cooked duck foie gras is such that it is best enjoyed simply on a thin slice of hazelnut bread, accompanied by dried fruit such as almonds, pistachios or walnuts.

Whole South-West duck foie gras* 81%, pasteurised fig-based preparation 17% (purple figs, cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifying agent: citric acid), Guérande salt, pepper, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon.
