Discover the best of the flavors of the duck of the Southwest.

You will present it simply but with great elegance in its glass jar and serve it fresh as in Gascony.

Meticulously selected, then trimmed and seasoned by hand, our foies gras are all cooked without added preservatives in order to keep their flavors intact.

Each step of the production of our foies gras is carried out with patience, thanks to the transmission of an artisanal know-how, with the founders' wish in mind: to elaborate the best foie gras in the world. From the beginning to the end of the manufacturing process, it is the love of cooking and the passion for the land that guide our cooks.

Tasting advice :

Store in the refrigerator. Take care to take it out only 15 minutes before tasting. Slice it at the last moment because our products are free of coloring agents and preservatives and would brown superficially in contact with the air but without altering the taste.

As an appetizer : Accompanied by a salad of lamb's lettuce seasoned with a vinaigrette of duck gizzards and slices of dried or smoked duck breast

As an appetizer : To be served on toast or country bread with Sauternes or onion confit.
