It is a creamy mixture of fish roe, oil and bread.
This tarama is a subtle blend of textures: the delicate crunch of the trout roe brings freshness and originality to your aperitifs.

Place the tarama on toast, a warm blini or pita bread and serve with a little lemon, crème fraîche or chopped chives, according to taste.
