Broad beans, carrots, peas, spring onions, fennel and potatoes are combined with the incomparable flavours of lamb meat. A convivial dish with sweet spring flavours

Preheated traditional oven: 10 minutes at 160°C

As an aperitif: block of foie gras with fig chutney

As a starter: duck terrine with candied clementines
