For our tasty lobster rillettes Comtesse du Barry, we use only quality lobster. Spiced up with Kari Gosse, a blend of spices with a tonic aroma and a sea legs, our rillettes will leave you with the fine and delicate taste of lobster. Melting and unctuous, they are perfect on a slice of toasted bread or on crackers accompanied by white wine for an original and greedy aperitif.
