A speciality of the South-West, these delicious prunes are filled with a vanilla flavoured cream before being delicately glazed. The prune cream recipe is a great classic. It is made with delicious prune pulp to bring out the full creaminess and flavour of the prune.

The prune can be eaten on its own, or cooked in compote. 

You can also use them whole or in pieces in pastries, cottage cheese or yoghurt.
