Description
The idea of the recipe is to offer a gastronomic classic with a touch of the South West. Onions and carrots are sautéed and beef cooked in duck fat is added. The
is simmered, like a classic parmentier. On top of this, the mashed potatoes are added, very musky, a little creamy and buttery.

Tasting advice :
Remove the lid and reheat in a traditional oven, or 3 minutes in the microwave.
To be enjoyed with salad, especially young mustard and/or spinach shoots, for freshness.
