This Truffled Foie Gras, with its precious appearance and intense flavours, is best served sliced and accompanied by a fine white Burgundy.
We've prepared it by hand, using only the finest ingredients: foie gras from a duck from the South West of France, a whole Périgord black truffle, Guérande salt and top-quality peppers. Sumptuous.
Our foie gras comes from ducks reared in the countryside of south-west France and fattened on whole-grain yellow corn. We work exclusively with breeders who meet very strict criteria, followed by only 5% of French duck producers. We cook our foies gras in our workshops in the Gers and add no preservatives to our recipes to preserve their authentic, natural character.

Tasting advice :
Place the foie gras in the refrigerator the day before serving. Take it out only 15 minutes before serving. Slice it at the last minute, as our products contain no colouring agents or preservatives and will brown superficially on contact with air, but without altering the flavour.
