Meticulously selected, then trimmed and seasoned by hand, our foies gras are all cooked without added preservatives to preserve their flavours intact.
Each stage in the making of our foies gras is carried out with patience, thanks to the handing down of traditional know-how, with the founders' wish in mind: to make the best foie gras in the world. From start to finish, our chefs are guided by a love of cooking and a passion for the land.

Serving suggestions :
Keep refrigerated. Take it out only 15 minutes before serving. Slice at the last minute, as our products contain no colouring agents or preservatives and will brown superficially on contact with air, but without altering the flavour.
As a starter : Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad dressed with a duck gizzard vinaigrette and slices of dried or smoked duck breast.
As an aperitif : Serve on sandwich or farmhouse toast with Sauternes confit or onions.
