Meticulously selected, then trimmed and seasoned by hand, our foies gras are all cooked without added preservatives to preserve their flavours intact.
Every stage of the production process for our foie gras is marked by patience and artisanal expertise, in keeping with the founders' dream: to create the best foie gras in the world. Serving suggestions :
Keep refrigerated. Take it out only 15 minutes before serving. Slice at the last minute, as our products contain no colouring agents or preservatives and will brown superficially on contact with air, but without altering the flavour.
As a starter : Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad dressed with a duck gizzard vinaigrette and slices of dried or smoked duck breast.
As an aperitif : Serve on sandwich or farmhouse toast with Sauternes confit or onions.
