A speciality with duck foie gras from the South West, truffled and wrapped in a slice of turkey ham. The black winter truffle diffuses its powerful aromas that blend with the frank flavor of the foie gras and the sweetness of the turkey.

Tasting tips:

The turkey logs with truffled duck liver must be placed in the refrigerator the day before tasting. Cut the logs into slices when taken out of the refrigerator and eat them as is as an aperitif or in a gourmet salad.
As an appetizer: the logs can be presented with a salad of mesclun seasoned with a light vinaigrette made with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
As an appetizer: to be presented on poppy and pepper crackers topped with a few drops of truffle-flavored black vinegar cream or in small lollipops.
