On 22 June 2023, the results finally came in : Comtesse du Barry won the Silver Trophy for Best Retail Customer Satisfaction 2023 in the delicatessen category !  Each year, the Retail Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise the brands with the highest levels of customer satisfaction over the past 12 months, based on customer opinions shared on Google.
