Description
Tortellini are a speciality of Bologna, small ring-shaped pasta filled with ham and parmesan. Here, we add a 100% Gimonto touch by coating them with a creamy Monbazillac and South-West duck foie gras sauce.

Our tortellini with duck liver sauce are perfect as a single dish, but can also be served with roast veal or poultry.
Serve with a robust and elegant Bordeaux red wine, such as our Graves Grande Réserve.
