A gourmet terrine with generous pieces of marinated capon and foie gras from South-West duck. It goes perfectly with a green salad dressed with grape seed oil and vinegar.

Serving suggestions :
Place the tray in the fridge a few hours in advance. Open at the last minute. To unmould easily, press the bottom of the tray and cut into thick slices.
