Serve chilled. To be enjoyed on nice slices of toasted country bread or on toast. This terrine can be accompanied by a salad with mesclun tomatoes and pine nuts, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkled with green olives. For a complete meal: continue with the farm duck with orange sauce for a 100% duck meal, accompanied by a glass of white, rosé or light red wine. Close on a powerful and sweet note with our babas à l'armagnac.
