Tarama is originally a speciality of the Greek and Turkish culinary cultures.

It's a creamy mixture of fish roe, oil and bread.

For subtle and original flavour combinations, we have selected a recipe with Chilean sea urchin coral. A successful combination of the iodised aromas of sea urchin coral and the delicate smoky flavour of white tarama: this tarama combines power and smoothness on the palate.


Serving suggestions :

Place the tarama on toast, warm blini or pita bread and serve with a little lemon, crème fraîche or chopped chives, according to taste.
