The green tapenade with almonds selected by Comtesse Du Barry, is made with pitted green olives, capers, anchovies,... and know-how. The big difference is that the stone is not crushed, so there is no olive stone powder. A powder which generally brings a lot of bitterness to the tapenade and which is then covered either by anchovy cream or by salt. This tapenade offers you an authentic olive taste and a real chewiness (real olive pieces in the mouth).
