Bayonne Ham rolls with duck liver
A surprising starter with a block of foie gras flavored with Espelette pepper, wrapped in thin slices of Bayonne ham

An ideal recipe for unusual aperitifs or surprising improvised starters...
The block of duck foie gras from the South-West is coated with real Bayonne ham, spiced up with a touch of Espelette pepper and set with a fine Port jelly. This speciality can be savoured in thin slices on toast or on pikes, as a starter or as an aperitif.
Our blocks of foie gras come from ducks raised and processed in the South-West of France, earning it the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) South-West label, which guarantees superior quality in terms of breeding and manufacturing.
