Description
All orders containing a Roast duck breast will be dispatched in full from 25 March.
Duck breast PGI South-West. The IGP label (Protected Geographical Indication) guarantees strict compliance with the specifications with ducks raised for a minimum of 91 days in the open air and fed without GMOs.
Advice for accompaniment and preparation :
4 to 6 people :
35 to 40 min in a preheated oven at 175°C. Turn over halfway through cooking.
Slide a drip pan under the roast in order to recover the fat from the duck breast.
We advise you to take it out of its vacuum packaging and the refrigerator half an hour before cooking, this is enough to give the meat time to relax without risk. To be consumed after cooking - to be eaten quickly after opening.
Serve with :
A pan of potatoes fried in the fat of the duck breast
