These scallop rillettes with seaweed bring a touch of marine freshness to aperitifs or salads. The fine taste of the scallops, the cream and the rigorously selected seaweed give the rillettes this delicate flavor. All these ingredients bring to your palate new sensations thanks to the fine and light texture of the rillettes, for an airy flavor.

Tasting advice :
Place the rillettes in the fridge one hour before serving. Ideal on seaweed croutons as an aperitif or on slices of toasted country bread as a starter. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
