These surprising little duck breast sausages from the South West of France are enhanced by the combination of the musky taste of duck and the exotic flavours of green pepper. They can be served as an accompaniment to a gourmet salad or as an aperitif, on their own or presented in mini-brochettes with a variety of vegetables or fruit.

Tasting advice :
We suggest that you pan fry them before eating them to bring out their grilled flavours. They go very well with the lightness of small cherry tomatoes or the sweetness of pieces of fruit.
Our sausages can be enjoyed with any type of wine.
