These tasty little pork sausages are delicately flavored with Espelette pepper, a very aromatic spice that subtly diffuses the flavors of the Southwest.
The Espelette pepper is not stronger than pepper without aggressiveness, its very light spiciness is just hot.
Our sausages can be served with a gourmet salad or as an aperitif, alone or presented in mini-brochettes with vegetables or fruit.

Tasting advice :
After having browned them in a frying pan without adding fat, you can offer them for example as an aperitif on skewers alternating with Piquillo peppers.
