Château Jolys is a historic property of the Domaines Latrille. It was entirely created in the 1960s by Pierre-Yves Latrille. Half a century later, with 32 hectares of vines and the most advanced technical installations, Château Jolys is one of the first independent Jurançon producing properties.

From the geographical location to the type of soils and the grape varieties, the typology of the Domaines Latrille vineyard provides Château Jolys with the ideal conditions for the optimum development of the grapes.

From the largest property in the Jurançon appellation, located in the heart of the vineyard, this wine comes from carefully selected grapes.
The brilliant golden color and the fine nose of exotic fruits mix with notes of acacia, honey and citrus.

An elegant and flattering wine, very easy to drink. Robe : Brilliant gold.

Nose : freshness and intensity. Palate: round and fresh attack. Excellent sugar-alcohol-acidity balance.

Ideal with foie gras. Also appreciated as an aperitif. Perfect with fruit desserts. Serve well chilled. between 10 and 12°C. Keeps for 0 to 5 years.
