Description
A whole goose foie gras from the South-West of France that is highly prized by gourmets because it is cooked in such a way as to preserve the flavour of the fresh product. Whole foie gras is one of the regulated names for foie gras: it is made up of a whole foie gras or several whole lobes. It is the highest quality of the different types of foie gras.

Serving suggestions :
Keep refrigerated. Take care to take it out only 15 minutes before eating. Slice at the last minute, as our products contain no colouring or preservatives and will brown superficially on contact with air, but without altering the flavour.
Recommended quantity per person: 50 g.
To accompany :
As a starter: on a salad dressed with a light vinaigrette made with a little balsamic vinegar and walnut or hazelnut oil.
As an aperitif: Serve on gingerbread toast with onion or fig chutney.
