Button mushrooms 55% (EU origin), crème fraîche (MILK), cep coulis 7% (ceps 89%, sunflower oil, shallots, yellow boletus, salt), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, flavouring, white summer truffles 1.4% (Tuber aestivum), salt, spices, acidifying agent: lactic acid.
