Description
Rediscover this great classic from Comtesse du Barry in generous portions.
Our cassoulet is made with pork loin confit and two braised Toulouse sausages. The beans are of the "lingots" variety, the best, and are hand-picked for optimal quality.
A light and not very fatty cassoulet to be enjoyed with a seasoned green salad. You can give it a summery touch by delicately mixing in a few peeled tomato quarters or, failing that, a small can of tomatoes in juice before heating it up.
