Present naturally under the Pyrenees for millions of years, the Salies-de-Béarn salt is protected in depth in waters ten times saltier than sea water.
It is obtained by simple evaporation of these underground waters according to an ancient method: in a salt pan. This authentic and traditional production method gives this 100% natural salt, exceptionally rich in trace elements, incomparable taste qualities.
It has been used for centuries on the tables of southwestern France.
Ingredients
Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, butter (milk), milk powder, salt of Salies-de-Béarn 0,8 %, flower of salt of Salies-de-Béarn 0,3 %. Possible traces of nuts.
