Our salmon rillettes are made only from full fillets to ensure total traceability of our product. Rich in salmon, our rillettes are fine and creamy, and go perfectly with warm blinis accompanied by a lightly dressed salad.
Vegetable rillettes with seaweed :
With a hint of cumin and spices, these carrot-rich vegetable rillettes are cooked with wakame to give a marine note to your aperitifs. A great combination of land and sea to enjoy chilled on toast or with breadsticks.
