Mackerel rillettes with Sechuan pepper :

Sardine rillettes with Espelette chilli :
Passed on by the women of the canneries, our recipe celebrates the meeting of man, land and sea. Our sardines are lightly salted and then candied in the oven, making this subtle and tasty preparation a delight for gourmets.
Salmon rillettes :
Our salmon rillettes are made only from full fillets to ensure total traceability of our product. Rich in salmon, our rillettes are fine and creamy, and go perfectly with warm blinis accompanied by a lightly dressed salad.
Vegetable rillettes with seaweed :
With a hint of cumin and spices, these carrot-rich vegetable rillettes are cooked with wakame to give a marine note to your aperitifs. A great combination of land and sea to enjoy chilled on toast or with breadsticks.

Sardine rillettes with Espelette chilli pepper :
Sardines*62%, liquid cream, water, olive oil, wheat flour,shallots,milk proteins, salt, Espelette chilli pepper 0.1%, pepper.

Salmon rillettes :
Salmon* 53%, liquid cream, smoked salmon* 10%, water, wheat flour, milk and lactose proteins, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, pepper, coriander, sweet pepper.
* Salmosalar, farmed in Scotland. May contain traces of shellfish, molluscs, celery, nuts.
Potted vegetables with seaweed :
Vegetables 87.7% (carrot, garlic), olive oil, honey, seaweed 1% (wakame), salt, cumin, pepper. May contain traces of gluten, milk and milk-based products, fish, shellfish.
