Nose : Explosive nose with citrus notes typical of Sauvignon Blanc and fresh exotic fruit from Gros Manseng.
Palate : Balanced, fresh and delicious, with a hint of pineapple and Bourbon vanilla.
Goes well with : Foie gras, exotic cuisine, blue-veined cheeses, spicy dishes, fish in sauce, fresh fruit desserts, tapas.

70% gros Manseng :
This white grape variety from south-west France produces wines with seductive quince and apricot aromas.
Harvested at an over-ripe stage, this variety produces sweet wines with characteristic notes of candied and exotic fruits (mango, pineapple, passion fruit).
30% Sauvignon blanc :
Not very productive, it is often blended with other grape varieties. Sauvignon likes limestone and freshness.
Alone, it is responsible for the reputation of Sancerres, Pouillys and other Quincys. It is sought after for its structure, freshness and minerality.
