Description
Domaine d'Uby has been cultivating its vines for over a century in the heart of a protected environment. Today, the entire estate is committed to the official Viticulture Raisonnée Contrôlée (Controlled Reasoned Viticulture) approach. The quality objectives and the rigour that are maintained both in the management of the vineyard and in the vinification of the wines have enabled UBY to become one of the most medal-winning vineyards in Côtes de Gascogne. This fresh wine is lively and fruity, yet elegant and long on the palate.
Pairings : this wine goes well with aperitifs, grilled meats, fish or red fruit desserts.
