You will find in this Guérande salt the unique character and aromatic power of the white summer truffle.

For this universal seasoning, we use Guérande salt, harvested by hand in Brittany and untreated: its grey color is the guarantee of a natural product.
We add pieces of dehydrated summer truffle for a mixture to be used on hot or cold dishes (carpaccio and tartar of fish and meat, cheese, pasta, meat fillets, foie gras, sushi and sashimi).

Tasting advice :
Ideal for seasoning your hot and cold dishes such as meat, eggs, fish, risottos and pasta as well as salads, cheeses or when preparing a vinaigrette or a cream.
This Guérande salt with summer truffle will be excellent on sushi or foie gras.
