For the holidays, she offers large fillets of smoked salmon.
This salmon is raised in Norway, salted with dry salt and smoked with oak wood, then sliced by hand in our workshops in Auvergne of France, without being frozen.
Advice on accompaniment and preparation :
8 to 10 people (about 10 slices)
Make a salted whipped cream seasoned with fresh chives and serve this smoked salmon with slices of toasted rye bread for a crunchy texture.
Serve with:
A glass of brut champagne or a glass of dry white wine to accompany your entrée.
Salmon eggs.
