Sourced from the pure waters of Norway, this salmon is carefully selected for its tender flesh and high omega-3 content. It is then slowly smoked over beech wood using a traditional method that respects the product and enhances its flavours.


Controlled origin: salmon farmed in optimal conditions in Norway.
Beechwood smoking: delicate aroma, fine and natural smoke, without excessive bitterness.
Artisanal production: manual salting with dry salt, careful slicing, without additives or preservatives.
Generous 600g format: ideal for festive meals, tasting platters or retail sale.

 

Advice on accompaniment and preparation :

8 to 10 people (about 10 slices)

Make a salted whipped cream seasoned with fresh chives and serve this smoked salmon with slices of toasted rye bread for a crunchy texture. 

 

Serve with: 

A glass of brut champagne or a glass of dry white wine to accompany your entrée.
Salmon eggs.
