Description
Rediscover the authentic flavours and nutritional benefits of our iconic Saint-Georges sardines every day. Created in 1932 by Georges Hilliet, founder of the La Belle-Iloise cannery, this historic recipe is recognisable by its famous red and yellow tin, a symbol of tradition and quality.
Carefully prepared in fruity extra virgin olive oil, Saint-Georges sardines reveal all the finesse of a fish processed by hand, using traditional methods passed down through three generations. Caught in season off the coast of Quiberon, they are canned within 24 hours of arrival to guarantee freshness and flavour.
Lined up by hand and presented in white - a guarantee of superior quality - they are then coated in olive oil, which enhances their delicate taste. Rich in omega-3, vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus, they offer exceptional nutritional value, preserved until opened.
Enjoyed on toast, in salads, in pies or in homemade rillettes, Saint-Georges sardines are a sure bet for lovers of exceptional seafood products.
