Sainte Croix du Mont - Château Daubrin 75cl
Description
Founded in 1938, this family-run wine estate is located on the right bank of the Garonne. Its vineyards cover 48 hectares, 23 of which are cultivated on clay-limestone soil in the Sainte Croix du Mont appellation.
Following in the footsteps of the two generations before her, Virginie Barbe and her team carry on the family's know-how and passion, producing wines renowned for their elegance, combining tradition and modernity.
TASTING NOTES
Under a pale yellow colour with golden highlights, the nose reveals intense aromas of candied fruit.
On the palate, the wine is rich and fruity, with a fine balance between acidity and tannin. The round, mellow tannins give way to a fresh finish.
Enjoy it at around 16-18°C as an aperitif, with a slice of warm goat's cheese, with foie gras or as a dessert.
