An Italian classic revisited in the Gascon style.
A trendy and tasty dish made with round Arborio rice, considered one of the finest tasting rice. This risotto is cooked with delicately browned button mushrooms and porcini mushrooms, and finely prepared duck fillets.
Practical, it simply needs to be reheated with a little water and possibly a spoonful of fresh cream.

Tasting advice :
Reheat in a traditional oven or in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750W.
Our risotto is perfect on its own, as a single dish, but can also be eaten as an accompaniment to, for example, roast poultry or a veal chop.
You can accompany it with a canaille red wine Insouciant Merlot, a charming red Insouciant Malbec or a Pessac-Léognan.
