Pure duck rillettes superior
Description
The real secret of our rillettes lies in the way the meat is cooked. They are cooked in a vegetable stock, which gives them a flavour that is incomparable to other rillettes. You can enjoy them as a starter, an aperitif or in a variety of hot dishes such as parmentier.
Tasting advice :
For even tastier rillettes, mix them gently with a spoon before serving. Serve with a full-bodied red wine, such as our Graves or Médoc.
To surprise your guests, you can make a parmentier with the rillettes. To do this:
- Brown the carrots and shallots in a frying pan.
- Pour the rillettes into the pan and cook.
- Make a purée and stir in like a classic parmentier.
