This preparation, made with chopped Scottish salmon fillets, crème fraîche and seaweed, promises a marriage of rich flavours. The combination of salmon and seaweed promises a blend full of surprises, with the seaweed adding that extra touch of originality.

Serving suggestions :
Place the rillettes in the fridge one hour before serving. Ideal on seaweed croutons as an aperitif or on slices of toasted farmhouse bread as a starter.
Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 48 hours.
