The Comtesse du Barry sea bass rillettes are rich in fish to bring you greed and refinement.
Ideal on a nice slice of toast, you will know how to grate your guests at the time of the apéritf. We have cooked the sea bass with zucchinis and shallots to offer you a soft texture and full of taste. Accompany your rillettes with white wine such as Chablis or Chardonnay for a moment of sharing with friends or family.
The fish in our sea bass rillettes is line-caught on the French side to respect the species and its reproduction rate.
