Description
The artichoke cream is both creamy and full of lamb's lettuce since many pieces of artichokes remain, those close to the heart of which one melts with pleasure when tasting. It can be served cold on toast as an aperitif or with raw vegetables. Delicious enhanced with a thin slice of cured ham, coppa or Grisons meat. Hot, you can marry it with pasta (even better to use as a stuffing for home-made ravioli).
