This block of duck foie gras, strong character and creamy texture, comes from a duck farm in the Southwest.
Carefully prepared according to the famous recipe Comtesse du Barry, with just enough salt and pepper, it can be drunk as an aperitif with ease, with a muscat.
Ideal also for preparations with foie gras! The recipe for foie gras, invented by Comtesse du Barry, has remained unchanged since its inception in 1954.
