Abotia Farm charcuterie is a real treasure of the Basque Country, renowned for its exceptional quality and authenticity. Located in Ispoure, the Abotia farm raises its pigs in the open air, guaranteeing tasty, environmentally-friendly meat. Each product is made using traditional, artisan methods, offering rich flavours and a unique taste experience. These products embody our know-how and passion for local produce. 

This range includes :

Sausage 2x100g : A sausage with a delicate aroma and a firm texture. On the palate, it reveals rich, authentic flavours, with a hint of hazelnut and a subtle spicy note.  

Chorizo 2x100g : Mild and balanced, with a spicy attack and woody notes. On the palate, it reveals the spicy notes characteristic of Espelette chilli pepper and a richness of flavour that will delight charcuterie lovers.

Jambon de Bayonne 2x120g : This slowly matured ham develops subtle aromas and a delicate flavour with notes of hazelnut and a slight sweetness on the palate. You'll be delighted by its melt-in-the-mouth texture and refined flavour. 

Dry sausage 2x135g : Offering a distinctive aroma thanks to its long maturing period, you'll be seduced by its melt-in-the-mouth texture and delicate flavour.  On the palate, it reveals rich, authentic flavours, with a hint of spice. 
Natural pork casing allowing the development of natural surface mould, varying from white to green, which does not alter the dried product.
