For our tasty Comtesse du Barry salmon rillettes, we only use fresh and smoked quality salmon.
With a hint of Sicilian lemon, our rillettes will leave you with the fine and delicate taste of salmon.
Melting, they are perfect on a slice of toasted bread or on crackers accompanied by white wine for an original and greedy aperitif.
