Meticulously selected, then trimmed and seasoned by hand, our foies gras are all cooked without added preservatives to preserve their flavours intact.

Each stage in the making of our foies gras is carried out with patience, thanks to the handing down of traditional know-how, with the founders' wish in mind: to make the best foie gras in the world. From start to finish, our chefs are guided by a love of cooking and a passion for the land.

 Tasting advice

Keep refrigerated. Take out only 15 minutes before serving. Slice at the last minute, as our products contain no colouring agents or preservatives and will brown superficially on contact with air, but without altering the flavour.

 

As a starter: Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad dressed with a duck gizzard vinaigrette and slices of dried or smoked duck breast.
As an aperitif: Serve on sandwich or farmhouse toast with Sauternes confit or onions.

Duck foie gras is a delicacy appreciated for its raw flavour and exceptional taste. The authenticity of duck foie gras is underlined by its powerful flavour, which will appeal to the most sensitive palates.
 
All our foie gras recipes are made from 100% French goose and duck livers, rigorously selected for their quality. They are designed and produced in the Gers region by our agricultural cooperative.
 
Lovers of complex flavours will find a wide selection of duck foie gras with special compositions. These are presented in original recipes, as well as in gourmet gift boxes.
