Serving suggestions :
Keep refrigerated. Take it out only 15 minutes before serving. Slice at the last minute, as our products contain no colouring or preservatives and will brown superficially on contact with air, but without altering the flavour.
As a starter: It's perfect on its own, sliced thickly, accompanied by a chutney and a good piece of toasted farmhouse bread.
